Booking Conditions Reservations All reservations need to be made through Eastern Tours wither in person, by fax, phone or email. The reservation is only valid if you have received a reservation confirmation, which should state all your reservation details, booking conditions (if any others than stated in this section) and the cancellation deadlines. Flight re-confirmation Please note that due to airline regulations you must re-confirm all your international onward or return flight reservations with the relevent airline upon arrival or at least 72 hours before flight departure in order to avoid the cancellation of your original booked flight. Form of Payment All reservations ordered must be paid in Hong Kong Dollars only. You must pay by cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or bank transfer. Personal checks are not accepted. If hotel vouchers need to be issued (not applicable for hotel reservations within Hong Kong) a Service Charge of HK$100 per booking will be levied for any amendment or cancellation of a confirmed booking if a Vocher was already issued. Unless differently stated on the reservation confirmation one night's room rate is charged for any cancellation made less than the stipulated timing in the reservation confirmation. Other cancellation or amendments policy may apply for certain hotels at the time of booking Deposits & guaranteed bookings are non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation. For any portion of a booking which is not utilized an endorsement must be obtained from the hotel or tour operator confirming that the Booking Agent will not be billed for that unused period or Service. This endorsement must be submitted to Eastern Tours Enterprises to support any claim for refund not later than 30 days afeter scheduled date of stay. (Please note that the hotel or Tour Operator reserves th etight to refuse refund of any bot utilized accommodation or Service). Liability Eastern Tours Enterprises acts only as a "Hotel & Ticket reservation centre/agent" for hotels, airlines and other suppliers and shall not responsible or liable for any accident loss, damage or injury pertaining to any services or products provided by hotels, airlines or suppliers. Remarks All prices for airfares, hotel accommodation, tour packages and all other products are stated in Hong Kong Dollar (1-US=7.8HK$) and subject to change with ot without prior notice.
